This book is a true jewel for everynone interested in this topic.
It combines a scientific approach (much, if not every gesture is derived from nature) with daily situations of our modern world.
In terms of structure the chapters of the book are separated after body parts (the hands, the legs, the head etc...). Each topic cluster analyzed scientifically (what happens in the brain, where did the gesture derive from) and combined with examples from our daily life.
Either if youre a sales/business person, a president, or someone seeking to understand the other gender; this book is a benefit for everyone as it may increase your understanding of others, your own behavior and self confidence.
But the book also lines out that each behavior has to be seen in clusters, and too much interpretation can also lead to false assumptions.

This book provides good and obvious examples from famous people. You can observe them by yourself from public media.
It also provide some exercise for practicing the body language observation. This makes the book very practical.
