I bought this book seven years ago in an English bookshop in Konstanz/Germany. It was the beginning of my breadmaking years. Linda Collister describes the making of various breads from around the world. My favourite breads were developed from recipies out of this book: bagels, kugelhupf, croissants, challah and various wholemeal breads as well. This book is great!
