I really hate to say it, but when I read this book, I felt like it was written in two weeks, with the author no sleeping at all. It begins with quite an interesting story, but the developments are so predictable. I don't want to insult the author ( I know that it's far mre easier to criticise than to write), but partly I had the feeling, that he doesn't play WH 40K, or that he has heard of it and has made up his mind to write a book without knowing the background. A SM may survive in total vacuum, but not for aeons (or even long enough to be picked up by a ship) as Thaddus "mysterious" compangions does.
Sorry, but I can't recommend this book.
