I am completely enamored with this book. I made one recipe (the Biscoff Buckeye Cake) so far and it turned out beautifully. So delicious and perfect! I love the images... they are all so cohesive! There is something really pleasing about how every single image in this book somehow works together. I was new to Biscoff before this book, and now I am a devoted fan. Big fan of the author and big fan of the recipes and big fan of the product!!

This is not only a beautiful book, but the recipes are fantastic. You've GOT to try the Biscoff stuffed french toast! If you've never tried Biscoff before, go buy a jar NOW and then buy this cookbook. Or...since you're here, buy the cookbook now and then go buy a jar! Seriously, such a pretty book and chock full of fun desserts that everyone will love. Everyone in your life will become a raving Biscoff fan.

I've already tried one recipe from the book, and it was a winner. I have bookmarked, well, almost every other recipe in the book to make as well. I love the variety of recipes made with Biscoff in the book, from breakfast to cakes, to cookies, to candies. The author really knows her stuff, and the photography is beautiful as well.

Side note: besides the recipes, I love the author's personal story of wanting to make sweet treats for her son who has a peanut allergy. Biscoff has allowed her to recreate some of those family favorite peanut butter-based recipes and make them accessible to her son. Such a neat story.

This book is just fun. Do we need extra whozits and whatnots? No. But are they fun? Yes. And a cookbook all about Biscoff cookies and spread recipes is just that. Fun. A great gift for a Biscoff fan - a fun addition to a bakers rotation - a great little introduction to Biscoff. I had never tasted it before flipping through this book and wanting to try so many of the recipes. Went right to the market and hunter out a jar of the spread (near the peanut butter if your new to Biscoff like myself). My first batch of cookies turned out great and there are some smore's that just may happen later this evening!

Got this, primarily to try one recipe & interest in what else it has to offer. It didn't disappoint- The Cookie Dough Dip is AMAZING!! It tastes like chocolate chip cookie dough, but safe to eat! Been trying the other recipes one by one. Had a little difficulty with the Gooey Biscoff Caramel Brownies coming out right, so not sure I'm a fan of those..but there's a lot of other yummy looking treats to try....
