I still give this book 2 stars because the problem is maybe more me than the book! I bought this book just before I bought the ball thinking that it would get me started but I find it quite boring to have to read all the explanations before each exercise. I think that I am more the type for a DVD where I can see what the person does and copy it. So far I haven't yet memorized many of the exercises so I sit there reading every time, not very exciting if you ask me...... I didn't mind a book for the aqua gym because being in the water you can't be watching TV or a computer screen but with the ball I really think that will give a DVD a try! Is the book any good? No idea, although I have already tried quite a few exercises it is the first time I use the ball so I can't compare. More photos would maybe also be handy as many times I don't really know whether what I am doing is correct.
