It's shocking that the average person wastes 2.8 hours a day procrastinating!

I found this book to be very helpful in that it wasn't long yet it got to the point (thus eliminating the issue of overwhelm, a main procrastination issue).

It's not one of those books that just gives you strategies, but explains the psychology behind why we procrastinate, so you can be aware of the core, underlying issue when you come across it.

A great book in helping overcome procrastination practically.

We are only human after all. Faffing around, playing online is soooo much easier than getting down to the nitty gritty task we don't really want to do. Yet where does it get us? We lose around 1,072 hours a year just bobbing along doing nothing in particular. The trouble is that what needs to be done doesn't get done or doesn't get done so well and we are full of regret.
This book is a very powerful tool in helping you to change your mindset and making it more rewarding to knuckle down to the task at hand. This is an amazing turnaround and I really recommend you read this book.
It has been of great help to me.

A down to earth analysis of why we leave things to the last minute and how to overcome it. Highly structured with 10 digestible steps to save time and more importantly to decrease the stress in our lives. I've always got away with leaving things to the last possible time and usually got away with it, but it's always a rush and never a perfect job. I can relate to the laziness syndrome and the feeling of being overwhelmed with the task. This little book packs a punch and reminds me that you can do a gym workout by starting with one bench press. Some great ideas here, well worth the half hour read.

I can't recommend this book enough! I literally read it twice in one sitting, the second time with a pen and paper out so I could jot down some really good ideas and tips! Definitely one of those books that will change how you live your life...

Very fascinated with a lot of the concepts, especially the 80/20 rule. This a great book to ready if you have something that needs to be done, your life can change by just reading this book. Very nicely written.
