Yogani has a gift for bringing esoteric practices to be understood by the common man. In this book of the AYP series, he presents a breathing that is so very simple. But don't let the simplicity fool you, this single practice has been responsible for catapulting my practice into hyperdrive and reach a deeper understanding of what is this state we call Yoga. Pranayama is a very important practice of advanced yoga; it is not easy to teach well and thoroughly in a small book, but Yogani has done it, and still managed to make the book easy to read.

This, and 'Deep Meditation' are two short books that contain the core essentials of advanced yoga. They are a perfect introduction for the beginner, while at the same time being great review for those with more experience.

Five stars again for Yogani!
