To get 60 tunes for under $20, that's a great price. You could easily spend 3 times that with other play-a-long brands. I wouldn't expect the lead sheet, and since I already own the Real Book, 6th edition, that would be a waste anyway. The CDs are a great companion to the book itself. That said, I wish there was some info provided -- like tempo or how many choruses are played. But more importantly, it should be accurate. For example, Equinox is played in the key of C minor, not C# minor as is written in the Real Book. Ironic, since the 6th Edition book is suppose to be the more accurate rendition of the tune as it was originally played. Worse, the band doesn't play the complete introduction -- you have to figure out where they actually begin. I only know this because I know the tune. If you're a beginner or aren't familiar with a tune, that's a big problem. Another mistake: "Falling in Love with Love" is played in 4, but in the book it's written in 3/4. This is just a quick scan through one of these volumes. Who knows what other problems there might be?
