This book is a great motivator for those trying to get into better shape. Mr. Orduna points out that that the diet fails of the past were just that, the diets failed not you. He goes on to say simply eating healthy and exercising regularly is what is needed to stay fit. In this book you will learn the importance of warming up before exercising, which as a dance mom whose daughter was injured because of not warming up, I think that is important. Mr. Orduna tells the best tools to use in the Gym and also ways to get just as good of a workout if you cannot afford the gym. By the time I finished reading this book I was ready to get started on my routine and I think it will be a good motivator to anyone ready to lose weight or just get into shape.
