There is nothing new here, but it is a good general overall look at motivating yourself and beginning an exercise program. Follow it up with the Men's Health Guide to Fitness or any of the other illustrated books out there.

Get fit the Easy Way, This book is great book. Its a great way to get in shape when u are on a tight budget. There is alot of information in this book about getting into shape before i found this book i was having a hard time coming up with a good way to get into shape since i started useing this book i feel so much better with myself. This book has loads of infomation. I would reccomand this book to any one who wants to get in shape but cant afford or doesnt want to pay for a gym membership. with this book you wont need one. i give this book a five star rateing.

This book is a great motivator for those trying to get into better shape. Mr. Orduna points out that that the diet fails of the past were just that, the diets failed not you. He goes on to say simply eating healthy and exercising regularly is what is needed to stay fit. In this book you will learn the importance of warming up before exercising, which as a dance mom whose daughter was injured because of not warming up, I think that is important. Mr. Orduna tells the best tools to use in the Gym and also ways to get just as good of a workout if you cannot afford the gym. By the time I finished reading this book I was ready to get started on my routine and I think it will be a good motivator to anyone ready to lose weight or just get into shape.

I liked this ebook because it shows you different techinques to use for losing weight without spending a fortune. It also shows you great tips and ideas to use at home if you can’t afford going to a gym, so there is no excuse not to stay on a routine to get fit. It even tells you what cardio exercises help burn the most calories so you do lose weight and what foods are best to eat when trying get and stay fit… The ebook also talks about weight lifting and how if done right ladies will not make you bulk, however it can and eventually will make you toned up. If I had to read this ebook over again I would and will because it does cover alot to stay fit and it has many ideas on keeping and maintaining that goal.

Get Fit The Easy Way by Jorge Orduna talks about an easy overall lifestyle change to get in shape. He includes simple exercises and suggestions. I was surprised to see how much I am already doing and fitting into my lifestyle. Just exercising during the commercials during my favorite tv show has made a difference. I was glad to see his suggestions for working out at home as I can't afford a gym right now. I'm encouraged to take the first step to the rest of the journey to my weight loss goals and getting fit will be easy. Taking a quick walk around the block has been a great way to start my fitness regime. I love this book. A great read, encouraging and positive.
