I am gluten-free so I love buying gluten-free and paleo books. I find it so hard to find breakfast recipes away from the normal bacon and eggs. This book really does deliver.

There are exciting recipes such as Tapioca Crepes with berries, Avocado radish with spicy scrambed eggs and my favorite so far is the nutty pumpkin brekkie muffins which I added grated zucchini in to as I had some leftover in the fridge - oh my god they were devine! I cannot wait to try the scotch eggs. This book will definitely be used A LOT in our house. Excellent breakfast recipes for anyone on who is going gluten-free, paleo or just looking for new breakfast recipes!

I've read quite a few paleo cookbooks, but I really enjoy this one in particular because it offers a wide variety of recipes and new ideas on how to make your paleo diet more exciting. I find that it is quite easy for paleo recipes to all taste the same, but that's not the case with this recipe book! I really like the flaxseed cauliflower fritters (managed to make me like cauliflower). Great recipe book!

This book is full of original andnutritious breakfast recipes like coconut and chia seed custard, avocado-radish with spicy scrambled eggs or paleo breakfast patties. The recipes are well written and the instructions are clear and concise making the recipes a breeze to make. Well worth reading for anyone looking to make healthy and nutritious paleo breakfast dishes.
