Alfred Burke shines in this down to earth Public Enquiry agent drama. The haunting music written by Bob Sharples under a pseudonym never leaves the listeners ears.Down to earth stories of everyday life in early seventies backgrounds make it a must for all who grew up in the late sixties and early seventies.Practically no violence, just intrigue make this an unusual series you will never forget.Only in English ,hence the recension also.
The earlier series in Black and white is probably the best, even more gritty due to the lack of colour.Nevertheless
worthwhile viewing especially in view of modern equivalents that get by on blood and guts.
