Short interesting easy read - maybe too short

I liked this book because I can relate to the author. Anyone married to or about to be married to a Philipino and is thinking about retiring to the Philippines should read this book.
There is no doubt that the author is experienced with the Philipino culture and that he has experienced the joys and headaches of the Phil. culture. This book is a great overview and starting point for anyone thinking about living in the Philippines and buying/leasing property.
My disappointments with the book were with the amount of content. It was a very short overview of the authors experiences and opinions of buying/leasing/renting property. I was able to read the first 2/3 of the book in a little over an hour. The remaining content contains links to useful sites, a description of legal terms and a cut and paste of government documents and lease contracts.
There were more than a few spelling and grammatical errors, about what you would expect from an average guy writing about his personal experiences to a small niche market.
Considering the amount and quality of content I think the Kindle version of this book should be closer to 4.99 than 9.99. It only feels like half a book, or maybe a work in progress. A bundle deal with his other "Streetwise Philippines" books would be a better deal.
All things being said, I enjoyed the book and would recommend it.
