Poor accounting of rehabilitation psychology in the team

I examined this book as I was writing a chapter for the new Oxford Handbook of Rehabilitation Psychology (which promises to be an excellent volume). I was amazed and disappointed by the very short (a couple of sentences) account of rehabilitation psychology, which has long been an important part of rehabilitation teams. The disregard for providing any thorough and accurate description of psychology was especially notable when the authors referred to "Karl" Rogers (sic). Many physicians may think that psychology and psychologists are not important in healthcare, but they are sadly, even tragically wrong.
