Das Oxford "Colour" German Dictionary habe ich hier bei Amazon erworben.
Dementsprechend habe ich es auch blitzschnell nach Hause geliefert bekommen.
Zum Buch selber muss man natürlich beachten, dass es nicht den großen Umfang bieten wird wie die normale Oxford Ausgabe für etwa 35¤.
Das "Colour" im Titel wird meiner Ansicht nach dem Inhalt nicht gerecht. Viel eher hätte man es einfach "Pocket German Dictionary" betiteln müssen, da es im inneren des Buches statt ein wenig "Coulor" nicht mehr als der klassische Blau/Schwarz/Weiße Text zu sehen ist, wie man es auch normal von den Oxford Dictionarys kennt. Zumindest hätte ich mir in der Mitte des Buches den Guide to German life and culture mehr Farbe gewünscht.
Ich habe dieses Dictionary hier gekauft um es an Weihnachten verschenken zu können. Deshalb ist als kleines Geschenk oder für einen kurzen Einblick in die größere 35¤ Version durchaus weiter zu empfehlen. Insgesamt schaut es aber auch optisch, gerade zum verschenken, recht nett aus.

German Dictionary is good

I really enjoyed reading this dictionary. Not only is it a dictionary, it also has german crossword puzzles, games, holidays, culture and many other great features. The only thing I didn't like about it was that next to the german words, it did not have the pronunciation next to the words, but if you understand the german alphabet pronunciation already, you will have no problem with it.
