As someone who has been working with Siebel for about 12 years, I am always eager to learn new things and read good books about Siebel CRM. This book is well structured, clearly laid out and works through every step in a very simple and effective way. I was interested by the subject anyway, but my interest was held by the writing style and the detailed information. The only think I would add is that despite thanking native english reviewers for checking the text, the first page has a lovely error in it - was this on purpose?
It is nothing more than a minor comment. My review recommendation should be clear - good, complete, easy to read, technically very good. Enjoy!
