From the first words in the introduction that say "this book is about one of the greatest of all spiritual practices - the simple observance of silence" to the last quote by William Shakespeare, "the rest is silence", Joseph Dispenza has given us a great gift. He describes a very powerful and ancient spiritual practice with simplicity and beauty. It's almost as if, when reading the book, I became more "silent" inside. His words invoke silence, his thoughts stir the memories of silence, and he gives the methods to achieve silence with such grace that it's easy to imagine that this could become a lifelong practice. Thank you, Joseph, for your wisdom and direction. And, also for sharing the depth of your own personal experiences during your one year of silence. Bravo!
