This book combines wonderful writings on wolves with the mythology of them, and then goes on to tell of how men have killed wolves throughout history, and why.
A wonderful book for anyone who loves wolves, or wants to find out more about them. I highly recommend reading this book to anyone who has a love of wolves!

For all those people out there who would love to hear the cry of a wild wolve, this is the story of how this priviledge was almost destroyed forever, and what we need to know to make sure it never is. Barry Lopez is a brave man to tell this tale.
