I was a senior at BYU and had never even heard of the idea of a conspiracy among the highest ranking government, media, banking, business, etc. leaders seeking to establish world socialist government. Then I read this book.
I would probably not have paid any heed to the book except for an endorsement on the back cover by someone I personally revered deeply: Ezra Taft Benson, former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture and then President of the Quorum of Twelve Apostles of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He said, "I wish that every man and women in the free world and behind the iron and bamboo curtains might read this excellent book."
Since that time of my first reading (about 1987), I have never seen the world the same. Now the lies of the politicians are obvious. The shenanigans of the international businessmen and bankers reek. The blindness on the part of Americans to their plight is appalling.
Not only was I convinced that there is a conspiracy, but every waking breath of mine has been devoted to exposing and overturning this secret combination ever since. I even set my professional studies aside and wrote a book, then ran for office, then started the American Study Group, then dug chiasms and parallels out of the scriptures which prove these things true, etc. I have continued to devote my energies nearly full-time to the cause of freedom, at great personal sacrifice (my web page www.greaterthings.com will show you some of the fruits of that study).
It all started when my roommate, Brian Jenkins, gave me a copy of "None Dare Call it Conspiracy."
Maybe some day I will get back into Physiology. For now, there is a war going on. The most powerful weapon is the pen -- specifically, the Word of God; but the time may come when we will have to implement the reason for the Second Amendment to the Constitution. I do not look forward to that day of martial law and chaos. But in the end, truth and freedom will prevail. Of that I am sure. Where the individual ends up in that stuggle is up to them. I would like to see as many as possible side with freedom.
