This is the first book in the series 'My Sister the Vampire'. I needed a nice quick easy read and this was definitely the right choice.
The story starts out like alot of stories before...long lost twins suddenly find each other. However one is pink and pretty and one is goth and black. The story has a few twists but it was pretty easy to guess what was going to happen.
Nice, fluffy and cute this series could turn out to be alot of fun. Even though it is for younger readers I can see myself picking up another one of these books just for a rest from adult life ;)

I bought this series for my 10 year old daughter and she loves the series. She has read all four book at least 4 times this summer. It does have a different take on vampires, but since the author is targeting pre-teens I think it is appropriate to make the vampires less violent and evil than you read in some vampire novels. My daughter is looking forward to more books being released by Siena Mercer.

My ten year old niece introduced this series to my nine year old daughter but I decided to read the books just to make sure they were age appropriate. Not only did my nine year old like the series, but I found it entertaining as well. Brought me back to the fun times of Junior High (even though there were no vampires in my school ;p)......I highly recommend the series as I found it to be well written and enjoyable. The three of us are anxiously awaiting the fifth book in the series.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves the series ... all the books in this series she loves dearly ... thanks for makeing the price reasonable so that i could buy it for her. ^_^
