I was thrilled to receive this beautiful baking book of muffins, scones, sweet breads ; banana, cherry, pecan the list goes on. I cannot wait to get started.

I loved everything and each time I turned over a page the wow factor just got bigger.

Highly recommended.

The book is divided into: Introduction with lots of good info

Sweet Muffins, Sweet Quick Breads, Savory Muffins & Breads, Biscuits & Popovers

The Introduction pages are several with explanations containing step by step photos on Baking Techniques, Making Muffins & Quick Breads, making Focaccia & Bread Sticks, and Making Biscuits & Popovers

The recipes are well illustrated with step by step instructions as well as the finished product and each recipe to a page, although in some instances there are 2 recipes to the page if they are short enough.

Easy to read, easy to follow and no-fail recipes make me wish I had started using this book long ago when I first got it! I know I will start using it more often now that I really took the time to go over it and tried a recipe. The first recipe I tried, doing my usual substitution of mango for the apricot was the Pineapple and Apricot Bread.
