Molly: House on Fire [Kindle Edition]

If there were any literary justice at all this book would be at the very top of every best seller list, hands down!!

As a parent of a very high functioning autistic child now grown to adulthood, I was both moved and amazed at the honesty, accuracy and compassionate portrayal of the character Joey in this book. In fact, I honestly believe it should be given a special award by the Autism Foundation. If anyone wanting to understand more about the autistic spectrum read this book they would gain more understanding than almost anything they might find in the typical library section they are often sent to in such a search.

The fact that the book is also a spellbinding mystery and a tender love story speaks to the incredible talent of this author. Ms. Bradshaw has created for us an entire world of people who are so real as to be sorely missed when the final page is turned. Thankfully, they have also been imbued with immortality as they will live forever in the hearts and minds of the readers.

The best way I know to fully express here just how good this book is would be to reveal that I purchased it as an electronic book and will now purchase a print copy as well because there is no way I can NOT have this in my library....both my libraries actually since I now also have an electronic one. With the economy the way it is, I hope this is taken as just what it is: the highest praise possible from a reader to an author. The fact that I am also an author only makes me appreciate this woman's talent even more.

Now, I am off to find another R E Bradshaw book because, yes, I am hooked.

My expectations for a R.E. Bradshaw book are really high based from reading her other books and Molly: House on Fire is no exception. You will not be disappointed. Molly's story was done exceptionally well. I just finished my fourth read and want to start all over again. R.E. has created quite the dilemma for me because I am constantly going back to one of her books to read favorite passages and therefore don't have time to read other books in my growing "to read" pile. I have authors that I love who write romances and other authors that I love who write thrillers. The list of those that write both and can pull it off is VERY short for short for me and R.E. Bradshaw is a member of that list.

I am not going to spoil the story and tell you all about it in the review. Suffice to say this is another great book from RE Bradshaw. She is the master of both the thriller and the romance and this one combines the two. Put down your Patricia Cornwell and read this one instead. :)
