tons of psionic spells

This is a rolemaster sourcebook filled with lists and lists of psionic spells. It is one third of the _spell law_ sourcebook (3rd ed.) which is now out of print. The other two are _of essence_ covering straight mage magic and _of channeling_ covering priestly spells. It also includes the various psionics based rolemaster professions. It is useful for spell/power ideas for any system. In particular GURPS or D&D and of course Rolemaster or MERP.
The spells are clear in what they do and easy to translate into other systems.

I bought this item and was delivered a hardback book. It was in wonderful condition! Like, brand new!
I open it up to look at the goodies inside.
Contents look good.
I leaf through the pristine pages to find..
Of Essence.
Yes, thats right: they printed OF ESSENCE in the OF MENTALISM hardback. Note this applies to the hardback only: I ordered another paperback and it was perfectly fine inside.
Now, this is great: of essence tends to be more expensive since essence is by far the best spell school and more players play essence casters than the others I have found. Its just simply more powerful.
However the big problem was.. I wanted to buy of mentalism. I bought of mentalism. I got essence instead.
This is not a slight to the seller who I bought this off: they delivered what was printed. Unless you know the system you probably wouldn't understand the mistake.
I just cannot fathom how this got past the people who printed it or even if it was a mistake on behalf of the designers who sent a PDF with all the essence pages inside a PDF of titled of mentalism with the of mentalism cover and contents. or whatever. This is simply a screwup that I cannot comprehend. The cover, the contents.. its of mentalism, everything else? essence including the index.
So for all the rare rolemaster players out there be wary: this might not be what you're looking for. Maybe email the seller first and ask them to have a peek inside to make sure you're getting what you're ordered.
