Very complete, very well documented and very practical book on MDM. Deep dive in how MDM cannot be just a techonological solution but has to be an organizational new way of managing master data. Pursuing research for my master I've read a lot about the topic and this book is the best synthesis of what one should know when involved in an MDM project.

Mark Allen and Dalton Cervo have done a great job of presenting some of the complex issues associated with master data management and providing guidance for those interested in learning more. Both have had experience in implementing customer master data management systems and together they provide a practitioner's view to implementation. Great job, I highly recommend it, along with my own book Master Data Management (The MK/OMG Press).
