This book is an excellent tool to better equip project managers with the tactical knowledge to execute projects better and the conceptional framework to understand how to best facilitate organizational change. Appreciated the multiple perspectives and points of view from the interviews from project managers and senior leaders from different industries and organizations. I've used to book to both improve ongoing projects and adjust strategies for starting a new large scale project. A recommended read.
