After 6 months I had a problem with the display. It looked like it had a crack however, when you touched the surface of the LCD there was no sign of damage or what so ever. First the LG support needed about 15 days to decide if it will be part of the warranty or not. Once they had decided that it is part of the warranty, they told me that they require 5 working days to rapair it. So the notebook got picked up by DHL and went to Holland. A day after they told me that the LCD had a physical crack, and that there is not warranty on that. To make the story short, I told them that I will pay for the repair, and one day later they told me that they need 25 days in order for the spare part to arrive.
I am used to Sony, IBM, Toshiba, etc. when they sell a business notebook then the service is a business service meanig quick. How can LG effort to sell a business notebook and expect the client to wait for 25 days for the labtop to be repaired.
So over all, the notebook is good, but support is very poor.
