This is a well researched and well written book that explains this method of eating in an easy to follow way. I had wondered for a while what the Ketogenic Diet was and now I know. There is lots of information about the ketogenic lifestyle and it explains what it is and how it works in an easy to understand way without any jargon or long winded explanations.

The recipes are easy to follow and I already tried the mini tacos and they are delicious.Highly recommend

If you're looking for ways to lose weight and feel healthy, this book is straight and to the point, because It teaches simple and easy ways to implement the ketongenic diet. The author explains step by step how to use the high amount of fat, moderate in protein, and low in carbohydrates. This is the reason that it is an excellent and highly recommended book.

I could not agree more with the earlier comment about poor writing more. This is a review by someone who believes that a low/no carb diets can work, and I wanted to learn more, I was sadly disappointed with the quality of this work.

The poor sentence structure, poor word choice, and apparent lack of editing make this author's credibility immediately suspect. If an author makes the decision, after a (hopefully) long period of research, to sit down and write a book, one would assume that the author would take care in crafting a product that eloquently and succinctly explains his or her work. This author did a disservice to himself, and to the readers hoping to learn more about the subject that is full of controversy. There is already books and studies arguing for and against low/no-carb diets, this book adds little to that debate because of flawed execution. Below are a few examples that drove me to comment, something I usually refrain from doing.

In the first few pages of Chapter 1, he uses way too many dependent clauses, which makes the writing disjointed. While doing this, he uses and repeats phrases or words such as "Notwithstanding," "Be that as it may," or the worst "All the more particularly."

The paragraph that sent me here, to the comments section, started with, "Protein and fat admission are viable, contingent upon the objective of the health food nut." The next sentence begins with a dependent clause that is bizarrely unconnected to the previous sentence. Additionally, the author incorrectly uses the word "inclusion" to mean its antonym: "Be that as it may, a definitive determinant of whether or not a diet is Ketogenic is the inclusion (or nonappearance) of carbohydrates."
