My wife bought this headset for me late last year. Initially it worked well. However, the headset is very flimsy and the locking snaps have broken, so it easily loses Bluetooth connection to my iPad. Now the USB micro charging socket has worn and the headset can't be charged. I contacted Jabra directly on this over 2 months ago. I opened a ticket and made warranty claim. Jabra accepted my claim and told me they would dispatch a replacement. That is now two months ago. Every time I contact them by email, best I can get is the replacement will dispatched "soon". This is NOT GREAT WARRANTY SERVICE. I do not recommend the headset or Jabra Customer Service. I will not buy another Jabra product!!
