The format on this book is rather poor - pictures frequently appear in the middle of text and recipes do not have page breaks between them.
There is no table of contents at all - not only can you not see what you're getting beforehand, but it will be difficult to use the book afterwards.
Recipes are written in an inconsistent format - tablespoons, grams, cups, kilograms appearing together.
Chargrilled Beef Salad with Thai Dressing appears on allrecipes.asia with an identical photograph. The website gives liquid units in cups and milliliters, the book gives only cups.
The photo for Barbecued Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter also appears on allrecipes.asia, although the recipe listed there is somewhat different.
The photo for Barbecued Steak and Vegetables also appears on allrecipes.asia and the recipe is very similar, except courgette has been changed to zucchini. Both recipes call for basting with the marinade that the meat sat in without boiling it first.
Same thing with Mediterranean Beefburgers - this author apparently didn't even bother to change the name of the recipes used, so putting the recipe name into the search box on allrecipes.asia showed the photo and recipe quite easily.
I don't trust the recipes to have been copied accurately, I object to this type of book on a personal level, and I won't be keeping it or recommending it.
