Kurzbeschreibung
How to avoid square wheel management! Political correctness, scourge of our age, is thriving in the world of business leadership. Who is not committed to excellent customer service? Who's not committed to S.M.A.R.T. goals? Well, customers expect you to make and keep S.M.A.R.T. promises. "I'll get back to you as soon as possible" is not a S.M.A.R.T. promise. How is it that "as soon as possible" has come to mean that the wait will be indefinite? Do members of your team feel threatened by challenging goals when they ought to embrace them with relish? They will embrace them once they realise that failure to hit these goals is not going to be used as an excuse to kick the daylights out of them at the next annual appraisal. Stress is rife in the work place and conflict resolution courses abound. Great leaders don't resolve conflict. They avoid it in the first place. Get your reconciliation in first! These and other subversive messages are shared in this tongue in cheek approach which encourages you to "go heretical and thrive."
