Most of the antique editions of these bartender guides and cocktail books run $200 to $900, "IF" one can find them!
This collectors edition is in fact an accurate quality reproduction, digitized from the original by an american library with an super-expensive high-tec scanner.
To be honest, just a hardcopy edition might be better, but that way the book surely would be much more expensive.
I do not agree with another review, and I doubt that he really has bought this book.
Maybe just someone copying and pasting bad reviews to books of competitors as he is trying to sell his own books more expensive? ;-)
This one is a great collectors item and it's inexpensive.
But surely it is NOT "cheap in quality" at all nor is it "bad scanned" or "horrible" ...
Really wondering what kind of people are surfing around on amazon to copy/paste poor reviews trying to knock down their competition. That way they will surely NOT have success ... ;-)
So I will go ahead and copy/paste my statement on all cocktail books this guy gave a poor rating, as I know that his reviews are not accurate.
Have a drink with me!
