I want to say first that the images on these cards are stunning. I have an earlier version of this deck that Lo Scarabeo published in 2001 for the Italian market. It's called Sibilla Della Zingara (Sibyl of the Gypsies) and it's an exact reproduction of a deck that's apparently from the 1920's, judging by some of the womens clothes. The cardstock is excellent, the colors are beautiful and with a little effort, it reads like a dream. I saw a few images online and that was all it took, I kept hunting it for months until I finally got a copy. It's even got lucky lottery numbers on each card.
A few years later, Lo Scarabeo decided to distribute it worldwide, and this is what they did to it. Changed the name, compromised the artwork with a hideous bar across the tops, chopped off the bottoms with the original titles and the lotto numbers and substituted their trademark big ugly borders with titles in multiple languages, lest anyone have to type Italian words into Google Translate.
You could put these cards on a paper cutter and trim the borders and title bars off one by one, use a corner rounder and end up with something presentable that's ALMOST a Sibilla Della Zingara, but you shouldn't have to do all that. Do yourself a favor and get a Sibilla Originale or a La Vera Sibilla instead.
Minus four stars for what you did to a beautiful deck, LS.
