I have several years' of this publication, and I pick up a new one each year. The latest is as grand as I expected, to include such advice as "How Not to Start Your Book" and "Agent and Self-Publishing," both so appropriate in these days of fast-slinging publication. There's even a separate part on screenplays. It's a must-have if you have any inkling of a need to find an agent, or even if you are just wondering whether they fit into your plan. Chuck Sambuchino has done it again, and the 2012 Guide to Literary Agents is a worthy purchase for any serious writer.

I have several different books featuring literary agent listings. Mr. Sambuchino's book streamlined the time it took for me to research agents who would be most interested in my book. How wonderful it was to not to have to read every single agent write up! It also provided valuable information such as if they are AAR members. With the query process so cumbersome, I appreciated that this author respected that my time was important as well.
