Award-winning author Gillian Doyle has been a college radio DJ and an aerobics instructor at Richard Simmons' Anatomy Asylum. She has counted whales as a member of the Gray Whale census and volunteered at the Cabrillo Aquarium as a Whale Watch Naturalist on board sea excursions off the coast of Southern California.
Published under Susan Liepitz & Susan Phillips by St. Martin's Press, Berkley/Jove Books and Harlequin Enterprises, she is currently reissuing her previous novels through Sweetbriar Creek Publishing Company. She is taking her paranormal interests into the realm of supernatural suspense as well as narrative nonfiction true-crime. She is a member of Novelists, Inc., Author's Guild, Mystery Writers of America, Sisters in Crime and Romance Writers of America, serving on the executive board of RWA/Orange County Chapter.
A lifelong Californian, Gillian recently moved to Las Vegas, Nevada (USA) with her husband and a menagerie of pets--two dogs, three cats, and two parakeets.
