Ich muss im englisch schreiben aber ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diese schnelltopf! Ich habe zwei gekauft und dass habe ich nicht uberhaubt bereutet! Zwei 4,5 liter und Sie können 4-6 personen zu essen haben. Und naturlich können Sie in einer fry und die andere zum beispiel kartoffeln oder zimilar machen. Zwei stuck ist perfekt fur mich. Alles was ich kriege!
I would like to say that these pressurecooker are the finest I have yet laid my eyes upon and they are excellent in their performance, just beutiful. I have fried chicken and boiled rice at the same time, vegetables and beans in no time. Kidneybeans in 28 minutes without even soaking them with water... It is so fast I do not have to plan a day in advance what to cook.
With planning you can have 4 disches ready at the same time. ( I did buy the inserts too, but the most used is the plain one without holes.)
One point though. Boiling vegetables for 4-6 minutes (level 1)is FAR too long, easy too overcook. TO have the zest in them (crunchy as in woking) I would say maximum about 2 minutes ON old electric plates. On induction I do not know. A vegetable kartoffeln soup is ready within ca 2-2.30 min on level 2. Rice in 7-8 min etc. Risotto in 10 minuten... Chicken in 10-12... Just try it out for yourself!
I even make my porrige in this stove since the taste IS different and besser. ;-)
My thankfulness goes to the Fissler Team that developed this "foolproof" kochtopf, it is just awesome. I now have it all, frypan and cooker. It is just perfect. If you ever want or need one kochtopf in your life: THis is it!
