Wer ein gutes Buch mit kryptozoologischen Wesen sucht, der wird hier mit diesem Buch von Karl Shuker voll auf seine Kosten kommen. Es gibt eine schöne Übersicht über eine ganze Reihe an ungewöhnlichen Tieren, welche interpretiert und mit den entsprechenden Hintergründen dargestellt werden. Das Buch hat mir, obwohl nur in englischer Sprache erhältlich, sehr gut gefallen.

Dr Shuker`s Extraordinary Animals Revisited is a must for those with an interest in natural history and cryptozoology. The Book is well researched, easy to read and is intellectually fascinating.

A Classic Revised and Improved!

Kudos to all involved in bringing this classic text back into print--and to Dr. Shuker for substantially updating it. Any reader interested in wildlife, animal anomalies, and/or cryptozoology will want a copy of this volume in his-or-her personal library. Worth twice the price, and then some.

Filled with great info on globsters and rare birds, but the best chapter details out the De Loys ape drama. Much new and exciting info, a great read.
