The Encyclopedia of Spectroscopy and Spectrometry provides authoritative and comprehensive coverage of the whole topic of spectroscopy, from theory to applications.
The book is organised into numerous short articles, each covering one aspect of spectroscopy with a list of further reading at the end of each article facilitating further study. Great care hasd been taken to ensure that this encyclopedia is as user friendly as possible so that the reader can locate facts quickly and easily from the wealth of information provided.
In addition, buyers of the print version of this Encyclopedia are entitled to register for free online access to the electronic version of the Encyclopedia until the end of 1999. Instructions on how to register for online access are included with the print set when purchased. Librarians will be able to register the IP numbers of all members of their institution, which will allow unrestricted access to the Website from all IP-registered computers at any time. Beginning January 1, 2000, buyers who wish to retain access to the electronic version will be charged a minimal annual maintenance fee.
