Ok - I read the book.
First of all: its interesting conducted. Logical steps to go from one basis to anorther one are given, even with evaluations chapterwise. The integrated examples out of practise are useful to understand the main concept.
Some psycholgical concepts are laid down in extension: eg. how to make an experience bodily felt for the client. Thats useful and shall help to intergrate the feelings for the client in his new concept.
Second: and I exchanged emails with the author about that - why then the settings only intellectual (in freudian manner) are prolonged to get a change, I couldnt really grasp. There are many concepts out of ZEN or Yoga, which could help to integrate much more than just to talk about it again.
Thats why I find the approach fascinating - the recurring results are the same as always, classical psychotherapy with some slight alterations.
