The title and subject made this seem an ideal book for my niece.
The author did a terrible job of presenting the material. There is almost no discussion of what Emmy Noether accomplished, and it ends up being more of a travel story than one about a great scientist and mathematician. The illustrations are very, very poorly done. And to add insult to injury, the price of the book is ridiculous for a paperback. There is as much reference to math on the cover as in the book. The author should rewrite the book, redo the illustrations, and send anyone that bought the book a free copy!
The current title should be, "Emmy Noether, a Woman that deserves more than this poorly written book".
