We live in a world of new emerging viruses. Apart from the man-made variety, nature is constantly creating new and deadly viruses that will continue to cost many their lives and spawn millions of research dollars in a vain attempt to combat what nature is trying to accomplish in response to man's irresponsibility in managing our planet. We should all be reminded of the pandemic flu virus that decimated the world population and ended WW1 (or the Great War as it is also referred to). Documentaries on this flu are quite frightening and it could easily happen again. Worldwide transportation being what it is now, the spread of any new airborne virus could easily be accomplished in a matter of weeks if not days. I have no opinion or comment on man-made viruses; I have no way to confirm or refute intentional use and spread of these viruses. We have seen the use of chemical and biological weapons of mass destruction by certain nations both recently and throughout history. There is nothing mysterious about that. Our best defense against all of this is a good offense and hopefully organizations like the CDC, WHO, and USAMRID are working fervently on our behalf. These are but a few of the organizations active in this area. I say to all, be safe, careful and aware of your impact on our fragile world because we are all more fragile than nature's perils. Nature has a way of maintaining a balance and there's nothing we can do to overcome nature.

The United States government has devoted much time, energy, and money to develop ever more dangerous and destructive biological weapons. Dr. Horowitz's book is convincing. He has researched all that is available to the general public concerning the origins of AIDS and Ebola. The ring of truth reverberates throughout this book. Those of us who "know" how this government works, also know that Dr. Horowitz has hit the gold vein. Many people prefer to keep their heads in the sand. If, however, you are interested in learning the truth beyond the governmental press release, then this is your cup of tea. If you prefer to remain ignorant, avoid this book at all costs! Dr. Horowitz doesn't pull any punches. He names those who are involved, including Dr. Gallo.

Sometimes the truth is hard to digest, but in this book there was too much compelling evidence that I couldn't argue with. Several incidences concerning immunizations were plaguing me for awhile and it finally made sense as to why they were happening. Let's face facts -- we live in a world where people with power abuse the system. You don't have an exuse anymore for not knowing about it.
