Since the publication of the Thirteenth Edition of this handbook, several changes have taken place that have had an impact on the science and technology of electrical engineering.

Electronics are treated in this Handbook as it relates to electric power but this is not a comprehensive treatise on teh subject of electronics. McGraw-Hill's Electronics Engineers' Handbook covers this subject matter in detail.
