System Requirements:
Windows Only: Minimum System Requirements: Pentium 4 Processor, Windows 2000, 500MB of hard disk space, 1024x768 screen resolution.
Some computers require that the "EEG on DVD: Adult" program run as though it is installed on a system with an older version of the Windows operating system. If you are not able to run the program after installation, follow these steps:
1. Right-click on the program shortcut on the desktop to open the EEG on DVD Properties window.
2. Click on the Compatibility tab.
3. Look in the Compatibility Mode area of the window and click on the box next to the "Run this program in compatibility more for: option."
4. Use the drop-down menu to select the "Windows 2000" option. (This should work for most systems, although some may require using the "Windows NT, Windows 98 or Windows 95" options.)
5. Click the OK button at the bottom of the window. You should now be able to run the EEG on DVD program.

ich kannte zwar die Basics, aber ich konnte es nicht umsetzen. Wenn dann ein Berg
EEG-Kurven vor mir lag, sah ich den Wald vor lauter Bäumen nicht.
Diese DVD entspricht genau meinem Lern-Stil. Man schaut sich einzele EEG- Befund an, hat jedoch auch die Möglichkeit, sich spezielle Fragestellungen wieder und wieder anzuschauen.
Nach und nach wird alles erklärt und erst dann wird einem genau gezeigt durch Markierung wo der pathologische Befund ist.
Auch mögliche Störfaktoren und Artefakte werden sehr genau erklärt.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde es meinen Kollegen, die bisher auch eeg-frustriert waren, wärmend ans Herz legen.
Einziger Nachteil, es ist auf englisch, aber wer ab und zu amerikanische Abstracts liest o.ä. wird damit auch keine Probleme haben.
