You have created a very nice plot but you should consider revising your work on various levels:
1. Check your work for spelling and grammar mistakes! I am not an English native speaker but even I could easily find many errors.
2. Get an expert to help you with words and phrases from Regency times! Some of the vocabulary you used is too modern for a historic novel.
3. You might want to consider improving your style of writing! I have to agree with some of the previous posts that your style is lacking in finesse.
4. Don't leave a subplot hanging in midair! Some subplots you probably integrated into your story to get more character depth are not resolved by the end of your story. This leaves readers unsatisfied.
Please don't take this critic too harshly. I rarely write book reviews. Please see my willingness to take the time to comment on your book as a concession to your latent talent. Having read your book, I am convinced that your avid immagination can create wonderful stories. All you need is some more polish to your writing style and some guidance on how to do research for a book.
Best of luck!
