I’ve been feeling very tired since early spring, with barely enough energy to get through a day at work, let alone workout, or even run non-essential errands. When I noticed this book in my recommended list on Amazon I picked it up, thinking maybe it can help. Please note that I first visited my doctor, who ran some tests and found there was nothing really wrong with me.

Reading the book I found out about many causes of tiredness I’ve never associated with the condition, like the thyroid gland or red blood cells. All the info is presented in a comprehensive, and easy to understand way, so I had no trouble understanding the concepts and implementing solutions. Mostly, I just changed my diet, and worked on changing some detrimental thought processes (as outlined in the book) and my fatigue is pretty much gone. I look forward to my daily bike ride now and I have more drive and stamina to do well at work.

The most irresponsible book I have ever read. Where did you even get your facts? Even when quoting a book (which was not underlined) it was never sited. Nothing was sited. The story in the preface about "Dick" was so poorly written. It sounded like ASL for the deaf. And the chapter on "deafness" was full of undocumented, incorrect information. It seemed like all of this book was made up facts and opinion. Just don`t. Things like this book are what make people pass on bad information.
