A good read...but really a good buy?

A longtime fan of Destiny's Child, I enjoyed this book. It was an inside peak at the lives of the triple platinum trio...but I found the price a little sketchy. Tina Knowles (Beyonce's Mom) also gives tips on how to look awesome, but the majority of these tips are old. Really...how does she expect us to run around customizing everything, and it'll turn out looking amazing? Hmmm. If you recieve this book as a gift, it's good, but I would recommend buying it unless you have experience in customizing.
The gumbo recipe alone makes this worth the buy

Tina Knowles' delicious gumbo recipe makes the purchase of this book worth the cover price! Our family makes her recipe every holiday since purchasing this book, and it's always a hit at church, work or during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Yummm!

Even though it's full of really great ideas and tips. I would like to see some works that she has done for Non-Destiny's Child people.
