The second major storyline of KotoR comes to an end

Something I really like about this comic series is that stories DO come to an end, from time to time! And start back all over again. This is another example. Those of you who regularly follow this series will enjoy the few surprises that are revealed in these issues... everything is rather different from what you have imagined, guys! The rest will understand nothing, until they bought the previous issues. And all, at the end, will get that rare feeling of inner satisfaction that comes from the fact that, if you do not want to, you really DO NOT HAVE to buy another 30 issues for the next couple of years to know how the story will end! The art is generally very good, although not exeptional. Do not buy if you haven't previously read vol. 7 and 8!

An Epic Finish

Outside of the movies the KOTOR comics are my favorite piece of "Star Wars" lore. With this collection the adventures of Zayne, Jarael and Griff come to an end but what an ending it is.
Miller again shows just how wonderfully he planned this series out and a great many plot threads are wrapped while still leaving some doors open for further adventures in the future. It's thrilling to see Zayne, the worst padawan in Jedi history, having come into his own. A "court jester" no more, Zayne is now confident, smart and a person not to be underestimated. Especially if his friends are in danger.
I must also give Miller points for some truly fantastic plot twists. None of which I saw coming but all of them made perfect sense in retrospect. It's wonderful to be surprised and excited by a series so often.
A word of credit must also be paid to the art team for doing a fine job. Layouts, character design, coloring and lettering are all done by the clear hands of pros. My hat is off to them all.
Overall, I was very sad to see this series come to a close. It was like saying farewell to good friends. But their sendoff was perfect on both a storytelling and emotional level and because of that I can offer no real complaints.
If you're a "Star Wars" fan do yourself a favor and get this book on your shelf ASAP.

Misrepresentation of a comic title

The title comic has nothing to do with the game storyline except for a small details. It basically involves the story of a very terrible clumsy Jedi. The comic book series is poorly written and all the main character lack substance or likeability. Where are Revan and Malak? They are the main persons of that era not some poor excuse of a Jedi that makes way too much mistakes to be in the order. Plus, he betrays the Republic and Jedi at every turn. He was for Mandalorians for most of the series, helping those who would turn out evil.
I am disappointed with Darkhorse for making this bad comic series.
Don't be fooled, it has nothing to do with the game with the same name except for a couple cameos.
