I recieved this book from my sister for Christmas and it was a great book! I couldn't put it down! I have always been curious about Socks and Buddy, and it has bios of them and stories about many other First Pets. It also tells you about what Buddy and Socks' do all day. Some of the letters from the kids' are really sweet, too.

Some notes, I think, were chosen because of overall cuteness and some because they were written surprisingly well. My favorite letter would be the one on page 124 (that's because I wrote it) but I also like the one on page 161. Page 114 is a good example of a future author.
