In this age of hatred and malice especially towards Islam one rarely finds such a book on the stands. The book reveals some of the objective reasons for conversion (reversion).
The topic of conversion is presented in a very professional manner which will definitely be appreciated by the readers. As said by the author "the world is constantly growing and changing" I feel that this is the case for such a good presentation of Islam and Islamic values. People have grown and changed! as evident from the book.
I believe this book should be read by muslims and non-muslims to build bridges of understanding.
A must for all...people in search of peace, peace and nothing else.

As an American convert to Islam with a Roman Catholic Mother (whom I love DEARLY) this was the best way for me to give her some sense of what other Mothers go through when their daughters embrace Islam. While it is a great read for all, I especially recommend it over and over to women who have embraced Islam, and want to give reassurance to the women who gave them life. It is one of the most comprehensive and compassionate accounts of Islam I have seen to date. It is also one of the few books by a non-Muslim that is uplifting and fair. BUY THIS BOOK!

I have been a muslim for over 6 years and found this book to be very interesting. I understand how non-muslims and Americans feel about Islam because I am an American and was once christian. I have read this book many times. My friends from Arabia have even found this book useful. As a white American woman converted to Islam I struggle very day for acceptance and understanding from a very narrow minded society that views Islam as backward and barbaric. If more would pick up this book or the Koran, then maybe they would have a better understanding of Islam and mulsims. It should be know that not all muslims converted as a direct cause of a man and that no one can be forced to convert to Islam. We are a wonderful group of free thinkers and very proud of our religion. Islamcity.com has a great cyber tv thing where you can watch videos online for free on islam. The one debating womens rights as muslim compared to judeo/christian is very interesting. The cyver tv channel 20 show called Islam in America is great for those who think that Islam is not prevalent in America. Great book and a good read.
