This guy encourages activist judges. In other words, he wants judges to violate their oath of office. Translation? He wants judges to undermine your vote by playing legislator. He also wants judges to lie, because when they violate the oath of upholding the laws of the land, they are liers. Why don't we bend the rules and charge Duncan Kennedy for capital crimes without any facts, without any evidence of any kind and without any trial? Or does he want to delimit his anarchy? If so, who draws the line of demarcation? Duncan Kennedy? I think so. This guy is an egomaniac. He belongs with Charles Manson and Unibomber. I'm sure he would oppose activist judges who ignored Roe v. Wade. He just wants activist judges that are tolerated to the extent they are coterminus with Duncan Kennedy's agenda.
At Harvard, Duncan Kennedy bemoans the lower classes. He loves playing the role of our conscience. Yet, this guy has yet to spend one dime or lift a finger to help people. If he cares about the poor classes, why isn't he taking his money and helping out the people in the Sudan who are desparate for food. He marries a rich woman and teaches at an elitist school. Yet this guy relates to lower classes? Duncan Kennedy reminds me of the guy in Amadeus Mozart where the self-righteousness went to his head, he lost his mind, and fancied himself the deliverer of blessings to the other people in the madhouse. Harvard is one big madhouse and Duncan Kennedy is its biggest fruitcake.
