Kurzbeschreibung

A broad review of headache pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment, this book is divded into four parts. Part 1 covers head pain physiology and anatomy, headache epidemiology, and current concepts regarding headache pathophysiology. Part 2 is devoted to diagnosis of the primary headache disorders. Part 3 covers the diagnosis of secondary headaches. Part 4 is concerned with treatment of primary headaches including special considerations such as paediatric treatment, surgical treatment and inpatient treatment. Content is presented in a systematic order following an outline at the beginning of the chapter, and a list of suggested reading is available at the end of each chapter. Case Reports and study questions are presented at the end of each chapter.

Did not have a chance to read the whole book yet. The sections that I reviewed were clear, however, no new information or perspective given to each diagnosis.
