Beth, I started perusing it last evening and had a hard time quitting! I thought with all the gluten free materials/books I have, there would be nothing new in your book. Surprise! I found a lot of information new to me. I especially like the section on preparing for emergencies. I have plenty of foods on hand, but not in a grab-it-and-go container. Makes sense to me even though we were not hit like the northeast. One never knows when it might occur.

In the book, Beth provides real information in a very "real manner" without the overuse of medical terminology or hyperbole. She tackles a tough subject with both humor, wit, and straight-forward language. She weighs in, and provides practical advice, on everything from genetic testing to how to handle a lunchdate. Her advice and insight is both generous, and genuine. The book is truly what it states it is: a complete guide.

This book could be renamed "Gluten Free Bible" Beth's book is a guide of everything you need to know to go from surviving to thriving while being gluten free. This detailed books will give you needed tips that are beneficial no matter where you are in your gluten free journey. Beth takes great care in teaching readers the essentials about Celiac Disease and the testing for Celiac Disease. Beth also discusses the range of gluten related disorders out there such as dermatitis herpetiformis, gluten sensitivity, irritable bowel and more. Part two of Beth's book discusses “When food is the Medicine.” Beth teaches you how to read a label, what to avoid and all about cross contamination.

Amazingly informative & helpful book!
If you have been recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease or Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity this book can save your sanity and answer most of your questions.
Even if you've been Gluten Free for years this is still a great resource & reference!

I recently learned that I have Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity (NCGS) & I have only been gluten free for about 3 months now & Beth's book has been such a blessing to me.
I haven't even finished reading it yet, but it is SO FULL of helpful information that I know I will be re-reading it multiple times just to get everything out of it that I can!

My Mom has Celiac Disease and has been gluten free for 30 plus years & even she learned a LOT from this book.
Mom bought her copy directly from Beth & we both got to hear her speak. She is such a wellspring of information! And she's a sweetheart too!

I plan to buy another copy of this book just so that I can make my own notes in it, plus I am recommending it to all my family members with Celiac &/or Gluten sensitivity.
